Dear Conference Registrant,
To register for ICLS 2016, you have to first sign up as a member of ISLS. Currently, ISLS offers two options for the payment of their annual membership fees: PayPal and Mail in cheque.
Both these options cannot be used by Singaporeans and Singapore based registrants. We understand that financial regulations here in Singapore prohibit PayPal transfers to overseas non-profit organisations like ISLS. While liaising with local banks, we have also learnt that local cheques 'cannot' be banked in US. So the only option available is to pay via demand drafts and telegraphic transfers.
While, demand drafts take two weeks to process, telegraphic transfers are much faster and take only two days. To use these options, you need specific information and instruction. So kindly please email [email protected] to get these instructions.
