There are, to date, over 360
registered for the CSCL 2003 conference.
There are 3 auditoriums (cinema style with graded rows of seats) where
the paper/panel sessions will be held.
On Monday and Tuesday the
papers/panels are divided into 2 or 3 parallel sessions (see Programme) and
there are Interactive Events running parallel to the paper/panel sessions. If everyone divides themselves evenly
between the sessions, this means that you could have an audience of over
120. The last paper session on
Wednesday is an exception as it is the only session at that time.
Thus, be prepared for a
large audience. The auditoriums hold 350, 250 and 150 persons so make sure your
presentation does not have too small print.
Each session has a session
chair responsible for holding the session on time and to moderate the question
period. Please be prepared to hold your
presentation within the following time frame:
Long Papers
·
20 minutes presentation
with 10 minutes for questions
Work-in-Progress Papers
·
15 minutes presentation
with 5 minutes for questions
Your will present your
paper/panel in one of the auditoriums at the conference location.
